Alejandro Rey Suañez focuses his practice on two separate branches of law in particular:
Alejandro provides legal advice on commercial law, specifically company law, he also carries out company secretary duties, as well as handling all the ups and downs inherent to commercial disputes.
His other area of expertise is insolvency law, from the perspective of the insolvency administrators, in his role as the legal representative for the insolvent debtor, as well as representing national and international creditors at all stages of the insolvency proceedings.
He regularly contributes to legal publications focusing on insolvency law and is active in the academic world - both in the private and public sectors.
