Diego has forged his career within commercial law, with a particular emphasis on company and insolvency law, where he has combined his work as a corporate lawyer with advice regarding insolvency proceedings, in varied roles such as legal counsel to the insolvent company or creditors, or in the appointed role of insolvency administrator in proceedings held before the Madrid and Barcelona Mercantile courts.
He combines his professional duties with teaching Corporate law on the Law Degree at the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid and also teaches a class on Insolvency law for the same university's Master’s Degree for Access to the Legal Profession programme.
Diego regularly takes part in speaking events and publications related to corporate law.
